Our official PSNL Launch was held at St. John’s City Hall on October 3, 2013. Our executive Committee hosted the event, which was attended by several people from the public concerned with and/or affected by psoriasis. Local politicians, Jack Harris and Dan Crummell were also in attendance, as well as local dermatologist, Dr. Syed Prizada, who gave a very informative presentation about psoriasis, psoriasis treatments and related illnesses. The family of the late Sharon Power, one of PSNL’s founding members, also graciously attended the event. Our annual psoriasis walk is is held each Fall in honour of Sharon and the great work she did to help get PsoriasisNL established.
